Returns & Refunds

We take great care in making our candles and want you to love what you receive. If there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help!

We offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges if your return meets the following criteria:

  • You contact us via email and return the item within 14 days of purchase (as indicated on your order). Or scroll down and fill out the form!
  • The item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. The candle must be unburnt, containing all packaging with no stains or marks.
  • You can provide proof of purchase.

Please note:

  • Change of mind returns will only be accepted for store credit or exchange, not refund.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed using your original payment method once we receive and inspect your returned item. Please allow up to 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you exceed this period and still have not received the refund in your account, please email us so we can investigate.

Store credit & exchanges

If you’d prefer, we can issue a store credit for use at any time.
Exchanges for other items (subject to availability) are also welcome. Just let us know your preferred alternative when lodging your return request.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Items Not in Original Condition

All returned items must be unused, unburnt, and in their original packaging with no stains, marks, or damage. If an item is returned and does not meet these criteria, we will be unable to process your return.

In this case, the item will be returned to you, and additional shipping fees may apply. We will notify you by email if your return is rejected and provide payment details for return shipping, if applicable. Please take care when packing your return to ensure it arrives in good condition — reusing the original packaging is recommended.
